Delivery
Delivery timing and charges for a quoted order are confirmed in writing with the quotation. QASR’s published UK store terms and its international terms are summarised here.

Quoted orders
Every order starts with a quotation for your property. It states what is being supplied and how and when it is delivered, including any delivery charge. Personalised and made-to-order items need time for artwork approval and production, so starting early leaves room for samples and sizes to be confirmed.
QASR’s published UK store terms
QASR’s published shipping policy for orders placed through its online store offers free UK delivery. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours, subject to stock availability, which is confirmed on ordering. You receive confirmation of shipment once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Whether these store terms apply to a quoted order is confirmed in the quotation.
Outside the UK
International delivery and commercial terms are confirmed with QASR for each enquiry, including delivery time, import duties, customs charges and local taxes.
Delivery times vary with the destination and the size of the order. Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in QASR’s prices.
Order processing
Orders are processed during normal UK business hours. Orders placed outside business hours, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. If a delay or stock issue affects an order, QASR will be in touch as soon as possible.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays or customs processing for international shipments.
