Personalisation and samples
Most of the range can carry your property’s logo. How it is applied depends on the item: printed on bottles, tubes, soap wraps and amenity packaging, printed or embroidered on slippers, and embroidered on towels, bathrobes, bed linen and laundry bags.
Personalised prices depend on your logo, the style you choose and the quantity of each item: larger quantities attract better rates.
This website does not upload files: QASR asks for your artwork by email after your first enquiry.
- Choose the items: Mark each product in your enquiry as standard or personalised. Some items are only supplied personalised; some are not personalised at all.
- Share your logo: After your first enquiry QASR asks for your logo, ideally as vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF), and the colour where the item allows a choice.
- Confirm before production: QASR confirms the method, placement, price and timing for each personalised item, based on your logo and quantities.

- 40ml Mini Set, personalised: Supplied with custom branding for the property.
- Empty 300ml Refillable Bottle, personalised: Printed with your logo in one colour. Each bottle comes with its pump.
- Pump Bottle Designs, 300ml to 1 Litre: Each shape can carry your property’s design; the print or label method is confirmed with QASR for the bottle you choose.
- Guest Tubes, 20ml and 30ml: Offset printed with your design, matt finish.
- Miniature Bottles, 30ml to 50ml: Printed or labelled with your design, as the specification of each bottle states.
- Guest Soap Bars: Wraps and labels can carry your property’s branding; the method is confirmed with QASR for the wrap you choose.
- Guest Amenities, stone paper range: Available personalised with your logo in your choice of colour, with artwork support. The personalised minimum differs by item.
- Amenity Kit Packaging Series: Every series can be printed with your property’s name or logo.
- Bamboo and Plant-Based Toothbrushes: Handles can carry your logo; the method is confirmed with QASR for the handle you choose.
- Wood, Bamboo and Straw Razors: Handles can carry your logo; the method is confirmed with QASR.
- Bamboo, Wood and Straw Combs and Brushes: Can carry your logo; the method is confirmed with QASR.
- Loofah, Cotton and Sisal Bath Pads: Packaging can carry your logo; see the kit packaging series.
- Vanity and Care Items: Supplied in your choice of kit packaging, which can carry your logo.
- Shoe Horns, Shoe Shine and Shoe Mitts: Can carry your logo; the method is confirmed with QASR.
- Premium Reusable Cotton Laundry Bag: Available with your logo embroidered.
- Paper and Cotton Laundry Bags: Printed or embroidered with your logo, as the material allows.
- Pencils, Coasters and Glass Covers: Printed with your logo.
- Premium Velour Slippers: Available personalised. Personalised prices are indicative until QASR has your logo and quantities.
- Velour, Fleece and Terry Slippers: Your logo can be printed or embroidered; the method depends on the model and is confirmed with QASR.
- Natural-Fibre Slippers: Your logo can be printed or embroidered; the method depends on the model and is confirmed with QASR.
- Hotel Bathrobes: Logo embroidered on the chest, sash or collar label. Personalised prices are indicative until QASR has your logo and quantities.

- Towel and Bath Mat Weaves: Embroidery on the satin border in a colour of your choice; the method and placement are confirmed with QASR.

Samples
Ask about samples of the items you are considering: availability, any charge and delivery will be confirmed. QASR’s lists note a sampling fee for the Superior and Premium ranges.
Allow time for sampling, personalisation, production and shipping. Starting early leaves room to confirm sizes, approve artwork and settle quantities before the season begins.
