Trade Customers Only

The QASR Collections website is intended exclusively for trade and professional customers.

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are acting in the course of business

• You are purchasing products for professional or commercial use

• You are not acting as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

QASR Collections does not sell directly to private consumers.

Orders

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

• Limit quantities supplied

• Correct pricing or product description errors

Stock availability will be confirmed upon ordering.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Delivery

UK delivery is free and typically fulfilled within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.

International orders will be advised of expected delivery times once the order has been reviewed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene considerations, returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged goods.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Opened or used trade goods are non-returnable unless faulty.

All products supplied by QASR Collections are intended for professional hospitality use.

We shall not be liable for:

• Misuse of products

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Loss of profit, business, or reputation
